This experience allowed him to develop one of his greatest strengths: the ability to effectively implement the collective practice of music as a tool for risk prevention and social transformation.
GLN GLOBAL LEADERSHIP NETWORK Accredited Facilitator and Communicator – Singapore, Cesar Rangel has an undergraduate degree in music and psychology, specializing in GESTAL Therapy. He has completed his studies to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral, Family, and Psychotherapeutic Counseling, as well as being distinguished with an honorary doctorate in Divinity.
His training beyond that of academics has been under the guidance of Apostle Rodrigo Díaz and his wife, Pastor Lucy Stella Suárez de Díaz, who have unconditionally supported him in strengthening his faith and vocation of service.
As a man of faith, he strives to make his life the best testimony of the love and power of Jesus, using his knowledge and experience to become an agent of social change with a very clear vision and goal: to offer useful tools to children, young people, and their families.
Currently, he resides in the state of Florida and is the founder and director of the Youth Enlightenment System (YES), an organization focused on supporting the development of children and young people in economically disadvantaged communities, with physical and cognitive limitations, promoting not only the growth of the individual but of their social and emotional environment, as well as their community.
So far, the Youth Enlightenment System (YES) children’s orchestra and choirs have reached more than 400 children and young people, who, with the help of Cesar Rangel, and through this program have discovered their capabilities, their potential and their value as individuals and citizens.
